Corvan Air Fryer F38 Giveaway Contest T&C
1. GENERAL
1.1. Corvan Air Fryer F38 Giveaway Contest(Giveway Contest) is organized by Corvan Asia Sdn Bhd (the “Company”). Throughout this document, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “the organizer” refer to the Company.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. This giveaway contest is open to all public in Malaysia with delivery address in Malaysia only, regardless of their nationality.
2.2. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
2.3. Participants must fill in and submit the giveaway form to be eligible for the giveaway.
3. WINNERS & PRIZES
3.1. The prizes consist of 5 (five) Corvan Air Fryer F38, limited to one per winner, as well as Corvan vouchers in denominations of RM50 limited to 3 vouchers, RM100 limited to 1 voucher, and RM150 limited to 1 voucher which can only be used once for the purchase on Corvan’s webstore(www.corvan.com.my).
3.2. We reserve the right to choose the winners based on our own discretion. Prizes may vary depending on the availability of our stock.
4. ENTRY PERIOD
4.1. Giveaway contest begins at 8:00 pm (GMT+8) on August 27, 2021 and ends at 11:59 pm (GMT+8) on September 7, 2021 (the “Entry Period”).
4.2. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible or entertained.
5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
5.1. Participants shall tag 3 friends in the comment section of the Giveaway Contest post on Instagram from 8:00 pm (GMT+8) on August 27, 2021 onwards and enter the Giveaway Contest via the Giveaway link in our Instagram bio.
5.2. The winners will be announced on our Instagram account. Winners will also be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 7 days of the announcement.
5.3. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
5.4. By entering this Giveaway Contest, the participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5.5. We will not bear responsibility for entries that are not received for whatever reason.
6. JUDGING
6.1. The judging shall be conducted by an automated system.
6.2. Corvan reserves the right to conduct manual judging by a panel of judges selected by Corvan at our sole discretion.
7. NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS
7.1. The winners will be announced on our Instagram account. Winners will also be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 7 days of the announcement.
7.2. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
7.3. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
7.4. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
7.5. Corvan is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this contest.
8. ORGANIZER’S RIGHTS
8.1. The organizer (Corvan) reserves the right to cancel or amend the Giveaway Contest and these terms and conditions without notice.
8.2. The organizer does not accept responsibility for damages arising from or related to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to network failure, computer viruses or unauthorized access.
8.3. The organizer will display the names of the winners and the titles of the winning entries on contest-related websites and social media accounts, write-ups, and in other publications where the works are shown.
8.4. In the event that a winner is found to be disqualified after a prize is awarded, the award may be revoked and the entrant requested to return the prize.
8.5. The organizer may disclose to judges, and to third parties overseeing the contest, such personal information as may be required for contest management.
