1. Accounts Executive / Accountant

"What would my job scope be?"

  • • Handle full set of accounts, AP, AR, Cashflow and all periodic and ad hoc reporting
  • • Work closely with accounting firm to set up internal accounts and finance team
  • • With strong commitment to building up accounts and finance infrastructure, internal control and governance capabilities that can scale with the growth of the business
  • • Handle internal controls, business processes and management reporting
  • • Finance, treasury and tax matters
  • • Business plan and forecast preparation
  • • Financial and data analysis
  • • Payroll
  • • Able to work closely and communicate effectively with non-financial colleagues
  • • Any other accounts and finance related matters

"What are the requirements to apply?"

  • • Must possess degree in accounting.
  • • Proficient in accounting software, eg autocount.
  • • Minimum some accounting working experience is preferred.
  • • Must be responsible, good attitude, mature, a fast learner and loyal, with desire to grow with the company
  • • Own laptop required
  • • Must be fully vaccinated with booster shot

2. Marketing Manager

"What would my job scope be?"

  • • Lead and execute all matters related to marketing, including both online and offline marketing.
    • Lead and execute brand partnerships and social media strategies.
    • Direct, produce, and manage content creation, traffic generation and conversion on all social media platforms.
    • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring engagement and customer acquisition through various email marketing strategies.
    • Work closely with the e-commerce and design teams to strategize and implement digital marketing campaigns.
    • Develop and maintain analytics reports on social media and email marketing performance.
    • Complete any assigned ad-hoc tasks.

"What are the requirements to apply?"

  • Years of experience and proven track record in marketing required.
    Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing (or a related field) preferred.
    Must possess excellent command of spoken and written English. Additional proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
    Digital savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, E-Commerce business models, operations and technology
    Must maintain a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
    Self-motivated and reliable, with integrity and great willingness to learn
    Able to meet tight deadlines and willing to work extra hours during big campaigns
    • Full vaccination (2 doses with booster) are required to protect all staff|
    • Own laptop is needed

3. Technical Specialist

"What would my job scope be?"

  • Diagnose, repair and test electrical home appliances
    Attend to customers on service-related issues
    Complete any assigned tasks
     

"What are the requirements to apply?"

  • Minimum 1 year working experience in servicing/repairing
    Knowledge in technical field and willingness to communicate with customers are required
    Experience in customer service is preferred
    Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
    Preferred skill(s): MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
    Must maintain a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
    Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Own laptop is needed
