'Corvy' Mascot Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by Corvan (“Organizer”).

2. Campaign Period

a) The giveaway runs from 9 April 2026 at 12:00 PM to 22 April 2026 at 5:00 PM (GMT+8).

b) Entries received after the campaign period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

a) Open to all Malaysian citizens, permanent residents, or valid pass holders residing in Malaysia.

b) Participants must have a valid Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok account.

c) Employees of Corvan and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate

To enter the giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps:

a) Step 1: Follow Corvan’s official account on the platform you are participating on:

• Instagram & TikTok: @corvan_asia
• Facebook: @Corvan

b) Step 2: Spot how many 🐰 “dust bunnies” are hidden in the video. 

c) Step 3: Comment your answer 👀

d) Step 4: Like, share and tag 3 friends in this post

• Entries must be submitted on the respective platform (Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok) where the giveaway is posted.

•  Entries that do not fulfill all steps will be disqualified.

5. Campaign Platforms & Prizes

The giveaway will be conducted across the following platforms:

a) Instagram: 5 winners

b) Facebook: 5 winners

c) TikTok: 5 winners

Total: 15 winners

• Each winner will receive one (1) Corvy mascot.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

a) Only valid entries with correct answers will be eligible. Winners will be selected at random.

b) Winners will be announced on 27 April 2026 at 5:00 PM (GMT+8) via Corvan’s official social media platforms.

c) Winners must respond within 48 hours with required details (name, contact number, delivery address).

d) Failure to respond within the given timeframe may result in forfeiture, and a replacement winner may be selected.

e) Participants may only win once across all platforms. Winners selected on one platform will not be eligible for selection on other platforms.

7. Entry Conditions

a) Multiple entries are allowed.

b) Participants must ensure their account is public at the time of winner selection for verification purposes.

c) Entries must not contain offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful content.

d) The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the requirements.

e) By participating, participants agree that the Organizer may repost or use their submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes.

8. Prize Fulfilment

a) Prizes will be delivered within Malaysia only.

b) Alternatively, winners may opt to self-collect their prizes at Corvan Experience Centre at Atria Shopping Gallery (Level 3). Collection details will be shared upon winner confirmation.

c) The Organizer will not be responsible for any loss or damage during delivery. 

9. General Terms

a) By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

b) The Organizer’s decision is final, and no appeals will be entertained.

c) The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice. Changes shall take effect immediately upon publication.

10. Data Protection

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Malaysia.

11. Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
