Flooded or standing water
It's not a wet/dry water extractor. Don't use it to suck up burst-pipe spills or pooled water — reach for a wet vac instead.
Unsealed or raw wood
Steam and moisture aren't for unsealed timber, parquet or laminate that isn't waterproof. Use vacuum-only mode on those.
Deep-pile carpet mopping
