MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE PROGRAM

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CORVAN ASIA SDN BHD

1. INTRODUCTION

The CORVAN Money-Back Guarantee Program (“Program”) allows eligible customers to try CORVAN products and request a refund if they are not satisfied, subject to the terms and conditions set out below. This Program applies exclusively to eligible purchases made within Malaysia.
Participation in this Program constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. CORVAN reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time without prior notice.

2. DEFINITIONS

“Eligible Product”
All CORVAN products are covered under the Money-Back Guarantee Program unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
“Product Received Date”
The date the customer physically receives the product, as verified by courier tracking records, delivery confirmation, or in-store collection acknowledgement.
“Trial Period”
Thirty (30) calendar days starting from the Product Received Date.
“Proof of Purchase”
A valid receipt, invoice, or official order confirmation issued by CORVAN 
“Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number”
A unique reference number issued by CORVAN approving a return under this Program.

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

3.1 General Eligibility
To qualify for participation in the Program, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
a) You must be the original purchaser of the Eligible Product and must have purchased directly from CORVAN ASIA SDN BHD through Authorized Channels only.
b) You must provide valid Proof of Purchase upon submitting your return request.
c) The return request must be made within the thirty (30) day Trial Period from the product received date.
d) The product must only be used for domestic, non-commercial use only.
e) You must comply fully with all return procedures and packaging requirements specified in Section 5 of these Terms.
f) The product must pass CORVAN's inspection and acceptance criteria as outlined in Section 6 of these Terms.
CORVAN reserves the right to deny eligibility where participation appears inconsistent with genuine domestic use evaluation of the product, even if all formal requirements appear to be met. This includes situations where purchase patterns, return timing, product condition, or other factors suggest the product was acquired for purposes other than bona fide domestic use and assessment.

3.2 Excluded Purchases
The following purchases are NOT eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee Program:
a) Products purchased from third-party retailers, resellers, distributors, unauthorized sellers, or any channels other than the Corvan Official Website(www.corvan.com.my) or Corvan Experience & Service Centre.
b) Products obtained through promotional giveaways, contests, or as complimentary items 
c) Products purchased at clearance sales, liquidation sales, or marked as "final sale", "non-returnable", or "as-is" are not eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee Program; however, such products remain covered under the standard CORVAN warranty where applicable.
d) Products purchased using fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit cards, or unauthorized transactions.
e) Products purchased for commercial, institutional, rental, resale, display, photographic, or any business purposes.
f) Second-hand, refurbished, or used products.
g) Products returned without an approved RMA number.

4. TRIAL PERIOD AND LIMITATIONS

4.1 Trial Period
The Trial Period begins on the Product Received Date and lasts for thirty (30) calendar days.
For online purchases, the Product Received Date is determined by courier delivery confirmation.
For in-store purchases, the Product Received Date is the date the customer collects and receives the product at the CORVAN Experience & Service Centre.
Requests submitted after the Trial Period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
4.2 One Product Per Buyer Account Limitation
Each buyer account is eligible to return one (1) model/SKU per buyer account under the Money-Back Guarantee Program.
Once a buyer account has successfully completed a return under this Program, any future purchases of the same product made using the same buyer account will not be eligible for the Program.

5. RETURN PROCESS

5.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, customers must contact CORVAN Customer Service within the Trial Period and provide:
a) Order number or receipt number
b) Proof of Purchase
c) Contact details
d) Product serial number
e) Reason for return
5.2 Return Authorization Requirement
a) All returns must be reviewed and approved by CORVAN.                                                                    
b) Once approved, a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number will be issued.
Products returned without a valid RMA number will be rejected and will not qualify for a refund.

5.3 Packaging and Condition Requirements
All returned products must:
a) Be securely packed using original packaging and protective materials
b) Include all accessories, manuals, documentation, tags, free gifts, and free consumables
c) Be protected from dirt, moisture, crushing, and transit damage
d) Be free from cosmetic defects, including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks, discoloration, or surface damage.
e) Pre-Return Condition Documentation (Recommended) : Strongly encouraged to record a short video or take clear photos showing the product’s condition, completeness, and secure packaging before courier handover. This documentation may be used as reference evidence in the event of damage or dispute during transit.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in rejection or refund deductions.
5.4 Return Shipping and Drop-Off
All return arrangements, shipping costs, and transit risks are borne entirely by the customer. Alternatively, products may be dropped off at a Corvan Experience & Service Centre during business hours, subject to prior authorization.

6. PRODUCT INSPECTION

All returned products are subject to inspection by CORVAN.
6.1 Inspection Timeline
All returned products will be inspected up to thirty (30) business days from the date of receipt.

6.2 Acceptance Criteria
Returned products must be:
  • Clean and stain-free

  • Odor-free

  • Fully functional

  • Undamaged, with no cosmetic defects such as scratches, dents, or discoloration

  • Complete with all original items

  • In a condition suitable for resale

6.3 Sole and Conclusive Discretion
All inspection and acceptance decisions are made at CORVAN’s sole and conclusive discretion and are final.

6.4 Non-Acceptable Returns
Rejected products:
a) Are not eligible for refund;
b) May be returned at your cost;
c) Will be disposed of after fourteen (14) calendar days if unclaimed, with no compensation.


7. REFUND PENALTIES AND DEDUCTIONS

CORVAN may apply deductions for missing items, hygiene issues, damage, diminished value, or additional handling costs. All deductions are determined at CORVAN’s sole discretion.

8. REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds under the Money-Back Guarantee Program will be processed only after approval, and customers must provide their Malaysian bank account details and identification (IC) if requested. 
Approved refunds will be credited to the Malaysian bank account provided by the customer within fourteen (14) business days from the date of notification. Refunds will not be made to overseas accounts, third-party accounts, or alternative payment methods. Shipping fees, delivery charges, and third-party processing fees are non-refundable.

9. PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION FOR REFUND PROCESSING

Upon refund approval, customers may be required to provide their IC number strictly for refund purpose, including:
  • Purchase verification

  • Fraud prevention

  • Compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements

All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable Malaysian data protection laws and CORVAN’s Privacy Policy.
Failure to provide required identification after refund approval may result in refund cancellation.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, CORVAN’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the returned product.

11. GENERAL

CORVAN reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Program or its Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Changes shall take effect immediately upon publication.
