Trade-In Program Terms & Conditions
The Corvan Trade-In Program allows customers to exchange one (1) old appliance for one (1) new Corvan product in a single transaction.
1. Trade-In Methods
Customers may choose one of the following trade-in options:
i) Walk-In at Corvan Experience and Service Centre (HQ)
a) The trade-in appliance must be handed over on the same day for the trade-in to be valid.
b) Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Card, Cash, E-wallet, Credit Card Installment (Maybank & CIMB), ShopeePay.
ii) Courier Arrangement (If unable to walk-in)
a) Customer send in old appliance
i) Customer arranges and pays for the courier to send the old appliance to Corvan Experience and Service Centre (HQ).
ii) After arranging the courier, customer must share the following details with Corvan via WhatsApp: +6016 294 8166 or Email: crm@corvan.com.my:

- Mobile number
- Brand & model of appliance
- Serial number
- Address
- Courier tracking link
c) New Corvan Appliancei) Corvan will arrange shipment for the new Corvan appliance after the old appliance has been received at Corvan Experience and Service Centre (HQ).
ii) Payment must be completed before the new appliance is shipped out.
iii) Payment methods accepted: Curlec or QR.
iv) After payment is received by Corvan, Corvan will arrange shipment for the new Corvan appliance.
a. Delivery will follow Corvan’s standard delivery T&C.
b. Courier fees apply as follows:
- For purchases of RM400 and above, courier fee is waived.
- For purchases below RM400:
- West Malaysia (WM): RM15
- East Malaysia (EM): From RM30 (depending on delivery address)
2. Eligible Appliances
a) Customer with a vacuum cleaner:
i) All brands are accepted for trade-in, including Corvan & non-Corvan brands such as Electrolux, Philips, Panasonic, Dyson, Tefal, and others.
ii) The traded-in appliance does not need to be in working condition.
iii) Old, damaged, or non-functioning appliances are eligible.
b) For customers without a vacuum cleaner:
i) Small electrical household appliances (eg. blenders, toasters, portable fans) are accepted, provided they are hand-carry size (can be carried by one person).
3. Trade-In Limitations
i) Each trade-in is valid for one (1) appliance per transaction only.
ii) Trade-in values are fixed and non-negotiable.
iii) Applicable to selected products only, unless stated otherwise:
- K6s
- K9 Pro
- K9 Luxe
- K18 Pro
- X8
- W6 Pro
- P8 Pro
- S7
4. Non-Combinable Offers
i) Trade-in discounts cannot be combined with:
- Other promotions
- Discount codes
- Vouchers
- Bank or platform campaigns
ii) Trade-in discounts are not stackable with any ongoing promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. General
i) Corvan reserves the right to reject any trade-in item that does not meet the above conditions.
ii) Corvan reserves the right to amend or terminate the program without prior notice.
iii) This Trade-In Program is valid until 31 December 2026.
