The W6 Pro is designed for hard floors for optimum result. Any carpet surfaces may reduce wet-vacuum and mop effectiveness.
Bed and Car Seat

How long does the battery last?

Is the water tank easy to fill and empty?

What does FlatDrive actually mean?
FlatDrive refers to the brush head's ability to pivot flat — to a 180° angle — so it can slide under furniture with as little as 2cm of clearance. This lets you vacuum under sofas, beds, and kitchen cabinets without moving them.
How does electrolyzed water sanitation work?
Electrolyzed water is produced by passing an electric current through water, generating a solution with bacteria-killing properties. The W6 Pro uses this process to sanitize floors as it mops — no chemical detergent needed, yet proven to kill 99.9% of common household bacteria.
Do I need to use cleaning solution?
No. Electrolyzed water provides sanitation without any added chemicals. If you prefer, you can add a small amount of compatible floor cleaner to the clean water tank — but it's not required for effective results.
How do I clean the brush roll?
Press the self-clean button after each use. The brush roll spins rapidly while clean water flushes through it — removing tangled hair, debris, and residue automatically. Run this cycle for 30–60 seconds, then empty the dirty water tank.
What is the warranty?
