The After-Work Home Upgrade by Corvan : Terms & Conditions
1. Organizer
This staff purchase programme is organized by Corvan Asia Sdn Bhd (“Corvan”).
2. Campaign Period
a) This campaign is valid from 10 July 2026 to 10 September 2026.
b) Purchases made before or after the campaign period will not be eligible for this staff purchase offer.
c) Corvan reserves the right to amend, extend, or end the campaign period at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
a) This staff purchase offer is exclusively available for employees of participating corporate partners only.
b) Employees must use the exclusive promo code provided through their company’s internal communication channels.
c) This offer is not open to the general public.
d) Corvan reserves the right to reject any redemption that is found to be invalid, duplicated, misused, or not in line with the campaign terms.
4. Featured Product
a) This campaign is applicable to the selected featured product only: Corvan W6 Pro Wet & Dry Vacuum.
b) The offer is not applicable to other Corvan products, accessories, spare parts, bundles, service packages, or care packages unless stated otherwise by Corvan.
5. Offer Mechanics
a) Employees of participating corporate partners can enjoy the exclusive staff purchase price for the featured product during the campaign period.
b) The exclusive offer price, promo code, and purchase instructions will be shared through the participating company’s internal communication channels.
c) The promo code must be applied during checkout on Corvan’s official website or presented at Corvan’s retail store before payment.
d) The offer is limited to the first 50 redemptions only, on a first-come, first-served basis.
e) Once the redemption cap has been reached, the promo code may no longer be valid, even if the campaign period has not ended.
6. How to Purchase
a) Employees may purchase through either of the following channels:

b) For online purchases, employees must apply the exclusive staff promo code at checkout and ensure the discount is reflected before completing payment.
c) For in-store purchases, employees must inform Corvan’s retail team that they are purchasing under the staff purchase offer and show the promo code before payment.
d) Discounts cannot be applied after payment has been completed.
7. Promo Code Terms
a) The promo code is valid for the selected featured product only.
b) The promo code is valid for one-time use per customer, unless stated otherwise by Corvan.
c) The promo code cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, vouchers, or other products.
d) The promo code cannot be applied retrospectively to past purchases.
e) The promo code cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, discounts, voucher codes, bundle deals, marketplace promotions, trade-in promotions, or partner campaigns unless stated otherwise by Corvan.
8. Redemption Cap
a) This campaign is limited to the first 50 redemptions only.
b) Redemptions are counted based on successful and completed purchases.
c) Cart additions, checkout attempts, enquiries, or unpaid orders do not guarantee redemption.
d) Corvan reserves the right to verify redemption eligibility before confirming any order.
9. Stock Availability
a) All purchases are subject to product stock availability.
b) In the event that the product is out of stock, Corvan may advise on the next available stock date, offer an alternative arrangement, or cancel/refund the order where applicable.
c) Product collection for in-store purchases is subject to stock availability at the retail store.
10. Delivery & Store Collection
a) For online purchases, delivery will be arranged to the shipping address provided during checkout.
b) Delivery fees, coverage, and timeline will follow Corvan’s standard delivery policy unless stated otherwise.
c) For in-store purchases, employees may collect the product directly from Corvan Experience & Service Centre, subject to stock availability.
d) Employees are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery details.
11. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
a) Purchases made under this campaign are subject to Corvan’s standard return, refund, exchange, and warranty policies.
b) Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, exchanged, or found to be invalid may have the staff offer revoked.
c) Any refund, where applicable, will be based on the final net amount paid after discounts or promo codes have been applied.
12. Warranty & After-Sales Support
a) Products purchased under this campaign are covered by Corvan’s standard warranty terms.
b) Customers may contact Corvan’s official customer support team for warranty, service, repair, or product-related assistance.
c) Warranty coverage is subject to Corvan’s warranty terms and conditions.
13. General Terms
a) By participating in this campaign, employees agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
b) Corvan reserves the right to amend the campaign mechanics, offer, promo code, redemption cap, campaign period, or Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
c) Corvan reserves the right to reject or cancel any order suspected of fraud, abuse, promo code misuse, duplicate redemption, false information, or any activity deemed inconsistent with the purpose of this campaign.
d) Corvan’s decision on all campaign matters shall be final.
14. Data Protection
Any personal information collected will be used for order processing, delivery, customer service, warranty registration, after-sales support, and campaign-related purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Malaysia.
15. Official Account Notice
a) Employees are advised to refer only to Corvan’s official website, official store, or official communication channels for campaign information.
b) Corvan will never request additional payment for promo code redemption outside of its official payment channels.
