FAQ

Product

Do I need to touch the dirty mop pad while cleaning?

No. The FS36 is designed for hands-free rinsing and wringing using its built-in scrubbing and drying blade system, helping keep your hands away from dirty water during normal cleaning.

What is the mop pad made from?

The FS36 uses a high-density microfiber mop pad, designed to capture fine dust, hair and everyday spills while mopping.

How should I store the mop after use?

After cleaning, drain the clean and dirty water compartments, rinse the mop pad and bucket where needed, and allow all parts to dry before storage. This helps reduce residue and odour buildup.

How do I empty the clean and dirty water tanks after cleaning?

The FS36 includes easy drain plugs for the clean and dirty water tanks, allowing you to drain the water without lifting and tipping the entire bucket.

Can the microfiber mop pad be washed and reused?

Yes. The microfiber mop pad is reusable and should be cleaned after use and allowed to dry properly before storage.

How does the mop clean and rinse itself in the bucket?

The bucket system is designed to help rinse the mop pad during use while keeping clean and dirty water separated. Follow the indicated rinse/wringing process before returning the mop to the floor.

Does the mop head rotate 360°?

Yes. The flexible rotating head makes it easier to change direction and clean around furniture and tighter spaces.

How large is the mop head?

The mop head measures approximately 36 × 11 cm. The 36 cm width helps cover more floor with each pass, while the slimmer profile makes it easier to reach narrower areas.

How long is the warranty?

We provide local manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defect:

- 1 year on body and battery
- 5 years on vacuuming turbine.

(Note: Consumables such as brushes, filters, and power adapter are excluded).

Does the bucket separate clean water from dirty water?

Yes. The ACTIVEWASH system has separate clean and dirty water compartments, helping prevent you from repeatedly mopping the floor with the same dirty water.

Good and sturdy. Easy to mop all around without hassle.
Able to clean my floor without so much work.

I normally put a little bit of vinegar, softener, and detergent along with hot water to clean my floor.
This works perfectly and is great!

I have kids and cats, and this mop helps me so much.
Worth every penny.

Best. Tak menyesal beli. Kalau isi air sampai max tu boleh guna banyak kali mop lantai. Jimat air. Kalau setakat nak mop lantai ruang tamu, dapur (tingkat bawah), separuh air pun cukup.

I am in love with this mop! No more touching and squish the dirty water out with my hand, can just push and pull the mop head into the clean & dirty 3-compartment bucket. The excess water will be out.

Even the clean & dirty water draining is so convenient by just unplug the drain plug, my hands stay completely clean. Highly recommend for anyone who values hygiene like me!

The slim and flexible mop head makes it easy to reach into narrow gaps & corners. After mopping, I feel so satisfied seeing the floor left perfectly clean and shiny!🌟🌟🌟💎

First time saya nampak ada mop mcm ni. Mop lama saya kat rumah self-rinse juga tapi still pakai air yang sama dalam satu baldi🥹. But Corvan punya ni best sangat sebab memang dia asingkan air bersih dan air kotor. Jadi everytime rendam mop dalam baldi memang confirm air bersih.

Saya ada kucing, bulu tebal so bulu kucing memang banyak so saya suka mop head FS36 ni sebab nipis, boleh masuk bawah-bawah perabot. Saya ni clean-freak so memang selalu bersihkan bawah perabot but semua perabot berat kalau nak angkat. Now saya tak payah nak angkat dah perabot. Semua celah dia clean habis👍🏻. Plus flatmop ni dia guna microfiber pad so memang dia tarik habis semua habuk2, bulu2 kucing and takde watermark langsung. Yang mana ada jubin yg jenis berkilat tu saya recommend saya flatmop ni. Daebak🔥

Mmg best mop ni...sb habuk.melekat kt mop.. blh sapu dgn mop sekli...seller wrap pun bgus....

no need to touch dirty water. floors dry fast and it’s super easy to use daily. totally worth it!

Kualiti baik..slim dan mudah nak bersihkan ruang bawah almari.. Tak sangkut2.. Penghantaran cepat

Barang Yang dibeli hantar cepat Dan pembungkusan yg baik Dan selamat tiba tanpa kerosakan.

Well packed and no damage.

Bought this to try since my dry & wet vacuum not so reliable after 2.5 years. Like the clean water wash and dry. Fast and easy mopping. Sweeps the floor along the way. Need to swivel the mop left and right action (like figure of 8) the keep the debris trapped.

May need to remove debris from mop first before cleaning, especially hairs. Saves time as compared with my vacuum. If floor too dirty, best to vacuum first.

Overall, impressed and happy with purchase. Will continue to use and will update review again.

Product came nicely wrapped. Shipping was fairly quick. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. Thank you and keep up the good work!

10/10

I love how the bucket itself have its own drain plug. I have knee problem which a bit a hssle for me to lift heavy things. Love squeegee function also which the mop pad wouldn't be too wet when wipe it on the floor. Just it would be perfect if the pole can be adjusted on the spot without me dismantle it to be shorter or longer heheh

Recommend to get this for heavy and light use hopefully 12:12 got good deal want to get another one

Mudah nak gunakan. Recommended.

Puas hati, sangat memudahkan kerja rumah bagi org yg sgt bz. Berbaloi sgt dgn apa yg dibyr.

The mops make cleaning easier and make my hand dry from dirty water, the slim mops head is perfectly suit between sofa and bed

Quality:1. EVERY mop rinsed in CLEAN water. 2. PUSH and PULL (without squeezing) to RINSE 3. ALLOW mopping underneath LOW sofa or tables. 4. SAVE water everytime with a CLEAN mop

Corvan Activewash Flat Mop FS36

I love how simple it is to use. It was difficult setting up though because it felt like the pump didn’t work, nearly gave up on it initially.
