Shop & Win: Parent’s Day Sale Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

This campaign is organized by Corvan (“Organizer”).

2. Campaign Period

a) This campaign is valid from 18 June 2026 to 12 July 2026.

b) Purchases made after the campaign period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

a) This campaign is open to customers who make a purchase from Corvan during the stated campaign period.

b) To be eligible, customers must spend a minimum of RM700 in a single order during the campaign period.

c) Each eligible order is entitled to one (1) entry only.

d) Multiple entries are allowed if the customer makes multiple eligible purchases during the campaign period.

e) Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, exchanged, or found to be invalid will be disqualified.

4. How to Participate

To join this campaign, customers must complete all of the following steps:

a) Make a minimum purchase of RM700 in a single order from Corvan during the campaign period.

b) Complete the official Google Form and submit all required details.

c) Provide accurate order details, including:

• Full name
• Email address
• WhatsApp number
• Order details

d) Answer the campaign question:

“Who is this gift for, and why?”

e) Entries with incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid information may be disqualified.

5. Prizes

A total of three (3) winners will be selected.

Each winner will receive:

a) A full refund for their eligible Parent’s Day purchase; and

b) One (1) RM100 voucher valid for selected models: W6 Pro, K18 Pro, X8, and X8V.

6. Refund Terms

a) The full refund will be based on the final net amount paid for the eligible order after discounts, vouchers, rebates, store credits, and promotional deductions have been applied.

b) The full refund excludes bank charges, payment gateway charges, shipping fees, handling fees, or any other additional charges, where applicable.

c) Refunds will only be processed after the order is completed, delivered, verified, and confirmed valid.

d) Refunds will be processed within 30 working days after winner verification and confirmation of eligibility.

7. Voucher Terms

a) The RM100 voucher is valid for three (3) months from the date of issuance.

b) The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and can only be used once.

c) The voucher cannot be combined with other voucher codes, discounts, trade-in promotions, or promotional offers unless otherwise stated by Corvan.

8. Winner Selection & Announcement

a) Winners will be selected based on eligible purchase records and completed form submissions.

b) Corvan reserves the right to shortlist entries based on completeness, authenticity, and relevance to the Parent’s Day campaign theme.

c) Winners will be announced on 17 July 2026 at 5:00 PM (GMT+8) via Corvan’s official communication channels.

d) Winners will be contacted via the email address or WhatsApp number provided in the Google Form.

e) Winners must respond within three (3) working days after being contacted.

f) If there is no response within the stated timeframe, Corvan reserves the right to select another winner.

9. Verification & Disqualification

a) Corvan reserves the right to request additional supporting documents or proof of purchase for verification purposes.

b) Failure to provide the requested information may result in disqualification.

c) Corvan reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation of the campaign mechanics, submission of false information, duplicate accounts, or any activity deemed inconsistent with the spirit of the campaign.

10. Marketing Consent

a) By joining this campaign, participants agree to allow Corvan to use their submitted story, name, and/or purchase details for campaign announcements, marketing, and promotional purposes.

b) By submitting the form, participants agree to receive marketing updates, promotions, and campaign messages from Corvan.

c) Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

11. General Terms

a) By participating in this campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

b) Corvan reserves the right to amend the campaign mechanics, prizes, terms and conditions, campaign period, or winner selection process at any time without prior notice.

c) Corvan’s decision on all campaign matters is final.

12. Data Protection

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this campaign, winner verification, prize fulfilment, marketing communication, and other campaign-related purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Malaysia.

13. Official Account Notice

a) Participants are advised to refer only to Corvan’s official communication channels for campaign updates.

b) Corvan will never request payment for campaign participation, winner verification, refund processing, or voucher redemption.
